La d\u00e9cursine et son isom\u00e8re structurel, le d\u00e9cursinolangelate, inhibent la croissance stimul\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u0153stradiol et l&rsquo;activation de l&rsquo;ER\u03b1 et r\u00e9duisent les niveaux d&rsquo;ARNm de l&rsquo;ER\u03b1 sans qu&rsquo;on leur attribue d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rence avec le syst\u00e8me endocrinien, puisqu&rsquo;ils sont 1. utilis\u00e9s par les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es ; 2. aucun effet ut\u00e9rotrophique n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 dans deux tests de dose orale OVX et aucune diff\u00e9rence n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans les organes endocriniens des rats m\u00e2les ou femelles 13 semaines apr\u00e8s un test de toxicit\u00e9 orale ; et 3.
